Aufgaben
  • Assist in the organizational development of Mill Operation Consumer (MOC)
  • Conduct regular meetings and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor and ensure the implementation of agreed action plans.
  • Lead specific performance enhancement initiatives
  • Provide support to individual mill managers, e.g. as engagement programs and management excellence.
  • Promote a collaborative leadership approach with mill managers.
  • Implement ongoing cost reduction measures to enhance the mills' competitiveness.
  • Facilitate networking opportunities for the Papermaking Community.

Profil
  • Personality: Ability to work in a team, flexibility, motivation, proactive mentality
  • Working: Independent, team-oriented and structured work
  • experience and Know-how: 5 years of professional experience as Operations Manager, the role should prepare for the next leadership step as mill Manager.
  • Qualification: Bachelor or Master Degree in Papermaking
  • Languages: Fluent in Englisch
  • Travel: Ready to travel (2-3 days / week)
